LHV Capital has successfully completed the sale of Baltic LHV CapitalTicket Holdings (BTH), the largest event tickets distributor in the Baltics to Kassir.ru.

BTH offers tickets to various entertainment, sporting, and theatre events though its subsidiaries Piletilevi in Estonia, Bilesu Serviss in Latvia, Bilietų Pasaulis in Lithuania, and associate Biletik in Belarus. BTH issues over 3.3 million tickets annually through its online portals and a network of over 400 physical sales points.
Kassir.ru is one of the largest ticketing companies in Russia and belongs to the entertainment group PMI. PMI is a partner of Live Nation in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.
