Porta Finance advises Bioinvest on acquisition of the largest waste management company in Latvia

SIA Bioinvest has signed the agreement to acquire 100% of SIA L&T shares, the largest Lassila & Tikanojawaste management company in Latvia, from Lassila & Tikanoja plc.
Bioinvest is Latvian investment company with interests in energy and utilities. Lassila & Tikanoja is the leading waste management firm in Finland, listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki.
The closing of the transaction is expected within March.
Porta Finance was the financial advisor of Bioinvest in the transaction.
