Porta Finance, a financial advisory firm active in the three Baltic countries, is promoting Karl-Erik Kodu to become Partner and Julijus Grigaliūnas to become Managing Partner. Changes in the Porta Finance partnership structure are also related to the departure of Aidas Galubickas who was one of the Partners. All of the changes are taking effect as of October 14, 2015.

Karl-Erik Kodu has been with Porta Finance since 2008 (until 2012 operating as Evli Bank) and has led several landmark transactions including arranging Sports Direct’s investment to Sportland, sale of Eesti Energia Võrguehitus to Leonhard Weiss, acquisition of Balti Veski by Malsena, sale of Gasum Eesti to Alexela Energia, sale of Baltic Ticket Holding to Kassir.ru, currently pending transaction of the sale of BPT Real Estate to BaltCap and several others. Karl-Erik is an INSEAD MBA and holds bachelor degree from Franklin University in Switzerland.
